In this special "About Me" episode, I'm thrilled to share my personal and professional story with you.I currently serve as an associate head of school at a K-12 independent school in Los Angeles, California. I'm also a founding consultant of the Campus Culture Group, where we work on innovating and increasing inclusive practices in school management, governance, and culture.My journey began as a first-generation college graduate and teenage parent, navigating through community college and eventually earning my degree in kinesiology while continuing my football career. From there, I ventured into admissions counseling, student affairs, and diversity and equity roles at various educational institutions across the country.Now, back in Los Angeles, I am passionate about my role at Campbell Hall, where I engage with the community, teach a history elective, and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
